Choosing an auto shop is scary first and foremost because it comes down to trust and efficiency, trusting complete strangers to not only be efficient with your vehicle but also trusting their knowledge and won’t charge you up the arse for things that aren’t an actual issue. This place I’m so internally grateful for what they have done for me today, living out here commuting to work without a car is not easy or cheap if ubering, from the first phone call, how friendly the service was, and understanding, and being able to accommodate my vehicle for drop off, to the updates letting me know what’s happening, what the issue is, and them not getting annoyed with how anxious I am, to the end result! I wish I could give more than 5 stars, next time ima go to the right away! The pricing was great considering times are hard, I’m really happy with the over all experience! Thank you for fixing my baby!!! I’m so glad to have my Honda civic back on the road! And thank you for letting me keep the bolt! All the best to you guys!!!!
The only honest repair shop i have found! Mike is straight shooting and not looking to empty your pockets. They are always on time with repairs and give you true options when explaining what has to be fixed. All the staff are highly trained and take pride in their work, I wont take my vehicles anywhere else now 10/10 service.
My car broke down at the side of the road, and I was able to limp it to the folks at NAPA Auto-Clinic. Through working about the processes to get my car repaired, the mechanics were quick and thorough, and the receptionist was honest and knowledgeable. They didn't overcharge me, and I was able to get my car back fairly soon after the fact. Fantastic job, NAPA Auto-Clinic!
This place is the best for all routine maintenance of your vehicles. In my experience, they are super upfront about what needs to be done about your vehicle and won't attempt to do unnecessary work. The girls at the front are very friendly and have a great sense of humour. They don't hesitate to give out loaner cars. I can't recommend Flambourgh Auto Clinic enough.
Mike and his team are great, they provide excellent customer service and they service our vehicles and trailers in a timely manner. They do absolutely everything possible to help us out!
Reasonably priced for excellent work and customer service! Napa Autopro AKA 'The Auto Clinic of Flamborough' I worked for a local company that had all of their fleet vehicles serviced and repaired at this location. One of these vehicles was my work truck. I was so impressed with their work and prices that I began having my personal vehicle(s) maintained and repaired at this location. That was almost a decade ago and I have been returning ever since always with excellent service and quality of work.
The behavior is the key point. I went without an appointment but it was emergency and they took me in. For them I didn't miss the doctors appointment that day. Thank you guys. You are awesome.
